Orbtronics is looking for a highly motivated Innovation Hub Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Innovation Hub, ensuring it remains a thriving environment for entrepreneurs, startups, and innovators. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management, community-building, and financial oversight skills.
As the Innovation Hub Manager, you will oversee the growth of our coworking space, innovation programs, and community engagement. You will also be responsible forhosting and managing incubator and accelerator programs, ensuring that at least 70 entrepreneurs and startups benefit annually from Orbtronics’ support programs.
This is a one-year contract with the potential for renewal based on performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coworking Space & Community Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Orbtronics Innovation Hub.
Ensure high-quality client experience by addressing member needs and concerns.
Grow the number of membersutilizing the Innovation Hub.
Develop initiatives to increase community engagement and foster a strong innovation culture.
Innovation & Entrepreneurship Programs
Plan, host, and co-host 4 accelerator/incubator programs per year, including:
2 Weekend Workshops
2 Month-Long Programs
Work with Orbtronics' partners and stakeholders to design and execute these programs.
Ensure at least 70 startups and entrepreneursbenefit from these initiatives annually.
Event & Program Management
Grow the number of innovation-focused events hosted at the Innovation Hub.
Organize networking events, mentorship sessions, and pitch competitions for startups.
Foster partnerships with investors, ecosystem enablers, and tech leaders.
Financial & Operational Oversight
Track and manage project finances to ensure budgets are adhered to.
Oversee expenditures and financial planning for the Innovation Hub.
Provide regular financial reports on accelerator and incubator program spending.
Reporting & Impact Analysis
Writedetailed reports on each accelerator and incubator program, including:
Attendee demographics and participation data.
Key outcomes, startup progress, and success stories.
Financial summaries of program costs and funding usage.
Submit reports to the CEO for review before they are shared with stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in management, business incubation, or accelerator programs.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders.
Financial management and accounting skills to oversee project budgets and expenditures.
Proficiency in event planning, community engagement, and partnership development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in business development, entrepreneurship, or startup ecosystem building.
Experience working with tech hubs, innovation labs, or co-working spaces.
Knowledge of the Caribbean startup ecosystem and key stakeholders.
Familiarity with funding opportunities, grants, and ecosystem financing strategies.

Compensation & Work Arrangement
Salary: Competitive (based on experience & qualifications).
Work Setup: Hybrid (Remote with in-person requirements at Orbtronics Innovation Hub, Rodney Bay Commercial Center L2, Gros Islet, St. Lucia, as needed).
Contract Duration: 1 Year (Renewable based on performance).
