Frequently Asked Questions

After the project is complete, Orbtronics offers assistance and instructions on how to get the product manufactured and shipped to Saint Lucia. Please note, this service does incur an extra cost to the client as it falls under our Business Development and Take to Market Strategies services. We offer the option for us to handle the process of contacting the manufacturer and having the product shipped to Saint Lucia.

Our suppliers have already signed NDA forms with Orbtronics and are legally forbidden to use any information provided by Orbtronics for their own personal gain. We can also have you send us your own personal NDA and hand it over to the suppliers to sign before any discussions take place. Our suppliers would be privy to information such as 3D CAD models, our microcomputer code, engineering drawings and the physical prototype (in some cases).

After the prototype is produced we will be able to give you an estimate of how much it may cost to produce one commercially viable product.
