As the Head of Client Engagement you will be at the forefront of fostering strong and lasting relationships with our valued clients. - Improve revenue and net profit through client acquisitions.
- Develop and implement business development strategies.
- Research and identify growth opportunities.
- Generate reports, proposals and give presentations on business operations as
- Manage relationships with existing sponsors and develop new sponsor
- Oversee and grow community engagement on all media platforms.
- Lead client outreach and engagement; increase the number of project
- Update management team on client outreach progress and strategy.
- . Manage vendor and supplier relationships.
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role,
driving revenue and net profit in a client-focused environment.
- Business Development Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and
implement effective business development strategies, with a keen eye for
identifying growth opportunities.
- Analytical and Presentation Skills: Proficiency in research, data analysis, report generation, and delivering impactful presentations to stakeholders
- Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing existing client and
sponsor relationships while actively cultivating new ones.
- Social Media and Community Engagement: Experience in overseeing and
expanding social media presence and community engagement across platforms
to enhance client outreach.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, coupled with strong leadership abilities to guide the client engagement
- Results-Driven: Highly motivated and focused on achieving targets and goals,
with the ability to strategize and execute plans for exceptional performance.
- Team Management: Capable of leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of
client engagement professionals to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, efficiently
handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or
a related field. Relevant certifications in client engagement or business
development are a plus.
