Job Overview (Hybrid – Saint Lucia)::

As the Head of Client Engagement you will be at the forefront of fostering strong and lasting relationships with our valued clients. We are searching for a proactive and results-driven professional who thrives on creating exceptional client experiences. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and success, working in close collaboration with our diverse teams to deliver outstanding solutions. This position presents an exciting chance to lead and shape client engagement strategies, develop a high-performing team, and contribute significantly to the growth and achievements of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve revenue and net profit through client acquisitions.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Research and identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate reports, proposals and give presentations on business operations as needed.
  • Manage relationships with existing sponsors and develop new sponsor relationships.
  • Oversee and grow community engagement on all media platforms.
  • Lead client outreach and engagement; increase the number of project opportunities.
  • Update management team on client outreach progress and strategy.
  • . Manage vendor and supplier relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role, driving revenue and net profit in a client-focused environment.
  • Business Development Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies, with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities.
  • Analytical and Presentation Skills: Proficiency in research, data analysis, report generation, and delivering impactful presentations to stakeholders
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing existing client and sponsor relationships while actively cultivating new ones.
  • Social Media and Community Engagement: Experience in overseeing and expanding social media presence and community engagement across platforms to enhance client outreach.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong leadership abilities to guide the client engagement team effectively.
  • Results-Driven: Highly motivated and focused on achieving targets and goals, with the ability to strategize and execute plans for exceptional performance.
  • Team Management: Capable of leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of client engagement professionals to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, efficiently handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in client engagement or business development are a plus.
