LaunchPad 2026 is a beginner-friendly founder idea incubator designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs across the Caribbean transform raw ideas into validated, investment-ready business concepts through practical guidance, mentorship, collaboration, and startup validation.
Built as a hybrid experience with both virtual and in-person participation opportunities, LaunchPad creates an accessible space for innovators from any industry to explore entrepreneurship, strengthen their ideas, and build future-ready businesses within a supportive founder ecosystem.
Through interactive workshops, mentorship, founder labs, and hands-on execution, participants gain the confidence, structure, and technical direction needed to move from concept to clarity, while creating a direct pathway into Orbtronics’ next-stage programs, Rocketship and Moonshot.

No. LaunchPad is designed specifically for idea-stage founders, so you do not need a registered business, existing product, or prior startup experience to apply.
Yes. LaunchPad 2026 is fully funded through ecosystem partnerships including IDB Lab, the European Union, and CaribEquity, making the program accessible to entrepreneurs across the Caribbean at no cost to accepted participants.
LaunchPad is delivered in a hybrid format, allowing participants to join virtually from anywhere in the Caribbean, while also offering in-person sessions and workshops in Saint Lucia.
LaunchPad welcomes ideas from any industry, including technology, tourism, agriculture, education, health, sustainability, media, culture, logistics, retail, creative industries, and more.
LaunchPad 2026 aims to support a minimum of 40 startup ideas and founder teams from across the Caribbean.
Yes. Participants will receive mentorship support through the online platform, where founders will be paired with mentors to receive guidance, accountability, and startup support throughout the program.
Participants who continue developing their ideas may have future opportunities to progress into Rocketship, Orbtronics’ execution-focused accelerator, and eventually Moonshot, the ecosystem’s investment and scaling support stage.
Yes. LaunchPad is open to participants throughout the Caribbean, with virtual participation available for founders outside Saint Lucia.
